ReplyDeletePersonnellement, je crois que c'est sur ce point que c'est difficile pour les dirigeants des petites entreprises. Les "risques" dont tu parles n'ont pas la même portée selon qu'il s'agisse d'une petite PME ou d'une moyenne PME.
Sur le web, on peut mieux mesurer qu'ailleurs, mais on ne peut pas tout mesurer et donc, il est très difficile d'assurer au client qu'il reverra la couleur de l'argent investira.
Le défi est de faire comprendre aux entrepreneurs que lorsque le budget est maigre, la planification doit prendre une plus grande place (en proportion) afin d'identifier les étapes de production les plus rentables.
J'ajouterais donc à la liste : WEB STRATEGY IS ABOUT KNOWING AND UNDERSTANDING WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES. Mais, bon, ça rejoint évidemment la 17e "IS COMMON SENSE"...

ReplyDelete@Guillaume: Merci pour des très bon points. L'impact des risques pour des PME peuvent rendre la prise de décision plus difficile. Toutefois, le risque associé à l'inaction est aussi quantifiable et l'impact mesurable. Le confort aux risques associés à la prise de décision doit être entièrement accepté par la culture d'entreprise et cohérente avec les autres "chantiers" en cours.
Effectivement le "COMMON SENSE" devient un redirect catch-all, même s'il devrait être le premier de la liste. J'ai peut-être oublié le "...IS NOT THE HIPPO" ;-)
